Weekly Watch Focus: Pray for Korea

FRIDAY, APRIL 27, 2012. South Korea is democratic, free, and prosperous, with millions who honor Christ. North Korea has been under communist oppression for over sixty years, holding its population under the yoke of terror and starvation with many of its citizens being held in concentration camps. It is a constant threat to its neighbors.

Pray for ongoing revival in South Korea. Cry out for North Korea to turn to Christ, may the tyrannical yoke of darkness be broken soon so they may live in freedom.

Is. 61:1-2, "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,  to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."

Is. 60:1-2, "Arise, shine; for your light has come!  And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you."
