Weekly Watch Focus: Back to School
FRIDAY, August 17, 2012. As the school year begins, specifically lay hands on your children and where possible anoint them with oil, dedicating them so that God may bless, protect them and show them favor this year. May the holy angels protect our children as they return to their schools, and may God give them safety, wisdom and success all year. We declare that this is the year of favor. May biblical values undergird teachers and administrators, and may our educational system, from kindergarten to University, experience transformation and revival. Pray specifically by name your children’s teachers, principals and administrators. Pray also for all those being homeschooled, and for the children in your church.
Is. 54:13, “All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children.”
Ps 91:11, “For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.”
Prov. 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”
