Weekly Watch Focus: Hurricane Michael Recovery

FRIDAY, October 12, 2018—On Wednesday, Hurricane Michael, the third most powerful hurricane to ever strike the U.S. ripped through the Florida Panhandle as a category IV storm. At least six people lost their lives. Thousands of homes were destroyed. And nearly a million homes and businesses across the Southeast are without power. Mexico Beach was almost entirely ruined in the hurricane. Pray now for the people of that city and area hardest hit. We agree for the recovery efforts in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. Pray for the all the families grieving for the loss of their loved ones. Pray for all those whose homes and businesses have been destroyed. Pray for the first responders, relief operation, and all recovery efforts.

Part 2: Thank the Lord for Justice Kavanaugh’s Confirmation

We thank the Lord for Justice Kavanaugh and for his successful ascension to the bench of the Supreme Court of the United States. We pray for God’s blessing to rest upon him, and for the spirit of wisdom and understanding to surround him. We pray for he and his family as they recover from the nomination process. We put a hedge of protection around the Kavanaugh family,  around President Trump, and around every Senator who voted for his confirmation. May the Lord’s angel armies surround them, protect them, and guard their lives.

Part 3: Glory Fest Conference

Pray for a fresh wave of glory, signs, wonders, and miracles to flow at our Glory Fest Conference this week. We believe that we are in a season of a great outpouring. Welcome the Holy Spirit afresh, and pray for awakening for our churches, our cities, and our nation.
