Our theme for 2024 from the Watch is RETURN in 5 main aspects of life: RETURN to the Lord; to “first love” devotion to Jesus; to the foundations of faith; to the church local; and to prayer—emphasizing public corporate prayer.
1. Abortion
This week’s WATCH FOCUS is prayer concerning the American death cult that has subverted our foundational ideal of “life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.” The inversion of morality and Judeo-Christian tradition that occurred in the drug induced rebellion of the sexual revolution of the 1960’s in America opened the satanic fount of infant genocide through abortion, sparked celebration of LGBTQ+ lifestyles and normalization of gender dysphoria.
We bind the anti-human forces, natural and supernatural, of deception, seduction, and destruction, empowering every aspect of this genocidal political ideology.
2. Elections
The primaries for our 2024 Presidential election are underway. The first Democratic Party primary is in South Carolina on Saturday, February 3rd.
We bind forces of deception and subversion and pray for the undoing of every plan and player that undermines honest, fair, free, and legal votes throughout the campaign and in the election result in November.
3. Israel
Last week, “secret” talks (widely promoted in international press) were held in Paris and are planned in Cairo to formulate the deal to end the war in Gaza and envision post-war strategy. The meetings between CIA Director Bill Burns, Mossad Chief David Barnea, Qatari Prime Minister Abdulrahman Al Thani, and Egyptian Intelligence Services chief Abbas Kamel may be likened to the council to kings we see in the bible accounts. Men, angels, and prophets, both good and evil are involved. Heads of nations support the current proposal which diminishes Israel’s strength and security and has been rejected by Netanyahu.
We pray Psalm 149: … the LORD crowns the humble with victory…a double-edged sword in their hands, to rebuke the nations and loose God’s punishment on Israel’s enemies; to bind their kings with fetters, their influencers with shackles of iron, to enact the recorded justice against them— this honor have all His saints
